Cancellation Policy

Once you have booked an appointment with us, it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. Appointments are of high importance, and keeping scheduled bookings helps keep costs lower for all clients. We realise that unforeseen circumstances might require schedule adjustments. If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, we require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a late fee, which is equal to 50% of the scheduled service. We reserve the right to vary or cancel an appointment.

 Punctuality and Courtesy

To respect the time of clients and staff, we ask you to be on time for your appointment. Clients who arrive more than 10 minutes late will forfeit their appointment and need to reschedule.

 No Show Policy

If you do not show up for an appointment, you will be charged 50% of the missed service.

Gift Vouchers
Gift Vouchers are non-refundable and are valid for 12 months from the purchase date and will not be accepted after the expiry date. Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash, sold or transferred. Your gift voucher number must be quoted at the time of booking and the voucher handed to the therapist at the start of your treatment. You are not under obligation to use the full value of your vouchers during one session. Where the full value of gift vouchers is not redeemed a new voucher will be issued with the remaining value of the original voucher. Vouchers are valid for in-house services and products only. Contracted services such as injectable treatments are not included.

Data Security
Personal details taken from clients during consultation procedures will be kept safe and in the strictest confidence. We would, on occasion like to send you details of open evenings and special promotions. If you would rather not receive these please let us know by not accepting promos on your client form.

Medical Conditions
Please inform your therapist of any medical condition including pregnancy prior to booking as some treatments may not be appropriate for you.

Refunds and Exchanges
Products must be returned unused, unopened with their seal intact and in the same condition as they were originally purchased from Diamond Laser Medipsa. We will not accept, exchange or refund any item which has been used or is not in the exact condition in which it was purchased from us. If you have a faulty product, we will send it away to be tested and go with the manufacturers recommendation.

Payment plans
Bespoke payment plans are available through Debit success. Please note treatment time and prices vary and payment plans are set up accordingly. T&Cs are provided once payment plans are generated.

3 months no interest or repayments through Q card is a personal contract between the client in question and Q Card. Please feel free to seek more information at www.qcard.co.nz

Laser hair removal

Laser hair removal treatments aim to provide permanent hair reduction, not permanent hair removal. Standard treatment requires x8 sessions, 4-6 intervals strictly, consecutively (depending on hair, skin type and area being treated). Diamond Laser Medispa provides x2 complimentary treatments to help reduce remaining hair (if any), providing the required treatments, at the required times have been met.

Please disclose if you are pregnant as treatment will have to be postponed.
We cannot guarantee hair reduction if pregnancy occurs during or after your laser hair removal treatments due to hormonal changes.

Medications
Please note, all medications will need to be disclosed during your consultation to assure your safety.
In some cases, doctors certificates may be required prior to going ahead with laser hair removal, this is solely for your health and well-being.
During your consultation, a number of questions will be asked of you, if we see that a certain treatment is not suited, we can discuss other treatments that will be better suited to you and your needs and wants. Please note this is solely for your health and well-being.

Patch test
A patch test may be required prior to your full treatment beginning, this is solely for your safety.
